Thermage at Atlas BioFitness is a non-invasive skin-tightening treatment that uses advanced radiofrequency technology to stimulate collagen production and improve skin firmness, texture, and tone. By delivering controlled heat deep into the skin, Thermage helps tighten and smooth areas affected by aging or changes in body composition.
Thermage can be beneficial following GLP-1–supported weight loss, when fat loss can sometimes leave skin appearing loose or less firm, by encouraging new collagen formation. Thermage also helps address the visible signs of aging skin. It helps smooth, tighten and contour skin without surgery or needles.
At Atlas BioFitness, Thermage is integrated into personalized aesthetic and body-optimization plans to complement weight loss, wellness, and longevity services. Treatments are designed to enhance natural results, improve confidence, and support long-term skin health without surgery or downtime.
Radiofrequency energy heats the deep dermis, triggering the body’s natural collagen-renewal process — creating new structural support that firms and lifts over time.
Targets loose or lax skin across the face, neck, abdomen, arms, and thighs — restoring tone and contour that surgery-free methods rarely match.
No Surgery, No Downtime
A single-session, non-invasive procedure with no incisions, no anesthesia, and no recovery period — allowing you to return to your day immediately after treatment.
Post–Weight Loss Skin Support
Designed to complement GLP-1 and medically directed weight loss programs — helping skin adapt to a transformed body by encouraging resilience and firmness.
Thermage is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive radiofrequency treatment that delivers controlled heat energy deep into the dermis — the structural layer of the skin. This thermal energy disrupts existing collagen fibers and stimulates the body’s natural healing response, prompting the production of new, tighter collagen over the weeks and months following treatment. The result is progressive skin firming, smoothing, and contouring without needles, incisions, or recovery time.
Thermage is highly versatile and can address skin laxity across multiple areas of the face and body. Common treatment zones include the face and jawline, under the eyes, neck and décolletage, abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, and knees. During your consultation at Atlas BioFitness, your provider will assess your specific concerns and determine the ideal treatment areas within your personalized plan.
Some patients notice an immediate improvement in skin texture and firmness following treatment. However, the most significant and visible results typically develop over two to six months as new collagen continues to form and remodel. Results from a single Thermage session can last one to two years or longer, depending on your age, skin condition, and lifestyle. Periodic maintenance treatments help sustain optimal outcomes over time.
Yes — Thermage is particularly well-suited for patients who have experienced significant fat loss through GLP-1 medications or other medically directed weight loss programs. Rapid fat reduction can leave skin appearing loose or less firm, especially in the abdomen, arms, and thighs. Thermage stimulates new collagen formation in these areas, helping skin tighten and conform more smoothly to your changing body composition. At Atlas BioFitness, Thermage is frequently integrated into GLP-1 wellness plans as a key aesthetic component of your overall transformation.
Your session begins with a brief consultation and skin assessment. A treatment grid is applied to the target area to guide the device. As the Thermage handpiece is moved across your skin, you will feel alternating sensations of warmth and brief cooling — the device uses built-in cooling technology to protect the outer skin surface while delivering heat to deeper layers. Treatment time varies by area, typically ranging from 45 minutes to two hours. There is no anesthesia required, and you can resume normal activities immediately afterward.
Absolutely. Thermage pairs exceptionally well with other Atlas BioFitness aesthetic and wellness services, including Microneedling, Red Light Therapy, and Exosome treatments, to amplify overall skin rejuvenation results. It can also be sequenced alongside GLP-1 programs, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and recovery services to support comprehensive body optimization. Your Atlas provider will help design a coordinated service plan that maximizes your results and fits your schedule and wellness goals.
